Affairs in Order – What and Where (2 –3 hours)

Clients of your company or members of your association would most appreciate a seminar which would benefit:

• People who want to make things easier for their future decision makers.

• Professionals - lawyers and accountants - who act as representatives and want to provide more assistance to their clients in the organization of their affairs.

Using an Advance Planning Checklist and ‘what if…” scenarios, Heather guides participants through the various advance planning tools and products, emphasizing the need for readiness in all areas and ultimately the accessibility of personal information. The seminar provides interaction with others who share real life stories which serve to motivate others participants to put affairs in order before a crisis occurs.

Workshop on Advance Health Directives / Living Will (all day)

One of the most difficult tasks about your life to accomplish is writing down what your health care and medical wishes would be if you were not able to communicate for yourself. Many refer to this as a living will or advance health care directives.

In this workshop, Heather will guide participants in discussion about the purpose of living wills, offer explanations of various choice options, and provide a format for actually completing your living will (advance directive) at the workshop. What a great feeling to head home, knowing that this activity most people only procrastinate about is now done!
